How does Settle make money if the client isn't paying the fee?
Our institutional landlord partners compensate us for solving their vacancy problem. That revenue funds the subsidized partner program, your client pays standard rent, nothing more.
Are the apartments safe and accessible?
Every unit in our network is vetted for safety, build quality, and transit accessibility. We never compromise on living standards for subsidized placements.
Do clients still get credit reporting if the Settle fee is waived?
Yes. Every on-time rent payment is reported to Equifax Canada through our Active Credit Building program, exactly the same as a fee-paying renter.
Who qualifies as a Non-Profit Partner?
Registered settlement agencies, sponsorship groups, and community NGOs supporting newcomers, refugees, or vulnerable households. We confirm eligibility on a 15-minute intro call.
