3. Credit Reporting

By using Settle*, you consent to having your rent payment history shared with Equifax and TransUnion for credit-building purposes. This is a key part of our mission: helping you build a Canadian credit history while you live in your new home.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your data. We share necessary data only with your prospective landlord (for lease approval) and our banking partners (for payment processing).

All data is handled with bank-grade security protocols. We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers located within Canada to ensure your information remains private and protected.
